Insurance Fraud

Insurance companies frequently call upon our attorneys for assistance in insurance fraud investigations. These requests often involve taking examinations under oath of insureds who have made suspicious or questionable claims. We work closely with an insurer's Special Investigation Unit, the Virginia State Police Fraud Unit, and local law enforcement officers in conducting these fraud investigations.
