Product Liability

Within the practice of product liability, we have been retained to defend manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, dealers, retailers, and other merchants against claims for personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage arising from allegedly defective products. The products involved have ranged from industrial machinery and motor vehicles to medical devices and household products. Our attorneys have successfully defended these clients, often portrayed by plaintiffs' counsel as "target" defendants, in both state and federal courts. We have also been successful in bringing such claims on behalf of both individuals and corporate entities, often in a subrogation context.
