Josh joined JAMLaw in 2007 and has successfully tried dozens of jury trials in state and federal courts across the Commonwealth. As a civil defense litigator who has represented hundreds of individual and corporate clients in a variety of contexts—automobile and commercial vehicle accidents, construction accidents and defects, premises liability, building fire loss, products liability—Josh has a clear vision for effective defense strategies. Whether negotiating, arguing pretrial motions, advocating to jurors, or briefing appellate issues, Josh focuses on the best approach for the client and circumstances.
When he is not litigating, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, woodworking, running, playing golf, and is active in his church.
